Using a set of simple practices, we are guided into peaceful comfort and relaxation. Synching our consciousness with our breath and body allows us to achieve a feeling of quiet centering and natural harmony. In this session, you will learn simple meditations that you will be able to practice at home or on the road.

Elena is a computer engineer turned entrepreneur and holistic healing arts teacher. In 2005, she discovered meditation and began her studies of Thai Massage Therapy, Usui Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang, Integrated CranioSacral Biodynamics, and Hatha Yoga teacher certification. In 2010, she founded a healing centre in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Meditation has become the foundation for all of her endeavours, especially her ability to work with energy and hear the inner wisdom of others. Having worked internationally in a variety of fields, Elena understands the relevance of mindfulness for everyone, as well as the uniqueness of our journeys.
