Caron’s interest in yoga and meditation started many years ago but truly developed when she moved to India in 2011. Having spent more than five years in India, Caron is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and has trained in a number of different yoga schools and taught yoga and meditation internationally. Caron is an initiate of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition which believes that Yoga is Samadhi. Yoga is the way to meditation and meditation is the key to relieving mental suffering and the most effective way to live a peaceful and fulfilled life.
