  • Restorative Yoga with Ankie

    This session begins with chanting and then warming the body through a series of yoga postures in a short vinyasa-style flow. Once the body is warm, restorative yin yoga postures incorporating deep stretches that are held for a long time allow for realignment of the fascia (connective tissue). Stillness combined with physical challenge help train the restless mind and bring about physical rejuvenation and restoration. We close with a guided relaxation, allowing any remaining tension to release. This restorative style of yoga helps you to feel relaxed and refreshed. This session is suitable for all levels.

  • Restorative Yoga with Ankie

    Ankie has more than 17 years of experience with yoga. Her yoga journey started in New York at Om Yoga and from that day on the practice of yoga became a part of her life. In 2010 she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Hong Kong. Ankie has an international background and enjoys connecting to people through yoga. Teaching yoga and learning from others is what brings her joy in life.
